PURCHASING

The photographs illustrating the products presented reproduce them as faithfully as possible, but are of no contractual value.

The customer is advised to view the description of each product to satisfy him/herself as to its basic characteristics.

Most styles are unisex.

Online purchases can be made via Paypal or Credit Card.

 

Orders are usually processed within 1-5 days of receiving your order; most delays occur when orders are received on days that our shop is closed.

We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

On occasion, the item you ordered may be out of stock, in which case we will call or email you.

 

When shopping in the EU, the prices are indicated in Euro including VAT, with German Value Added Tax applied.

The tax applicable on German territory is 19% on garments – 7% on editions.

When shopping outside EU, the prices indicated are without VAT. Duties, import tax and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders are shipped with a proper declaration of value, it is not an option to send as a 'gift' with a lower than paid declared value.

Once you receive the tracking number from us, it is your responsibility to follow the shipment and be available for the delivery or pick it up in time from the depot. If you miss the parcel and it goes back to DHL, we do not take responsibility. If you see your shipment is spending many days in customs clearance, call DHL, it might be on hold until you pay the fees. 

 

ADDRESS

 

The articles ordered by the customer are delivered to the address given by the customer. The customer can have the product delivered to a different address.
