Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING

We ship domestically and internationally.
 Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer.

Our default shipping method is DHL German post, with delivery confirmation and insurance.

Please contact us if you need a faster shipping method – We will then use our FedEX or DHL Express account and invoice you the shipping fee.

You can also inform us on your carrier account number and we will take care of preparing the parcel for you.

Shipping fees are indicated for a several items answering to basic dimensions. For other products, please do not hesitate to contact us for a calculation.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION

for all US weborders standard (DHL) shipping is no longer possible due to the end of the ‘’de minimis’’ Exemption implemented by the US government from August 29, 2025 onwards.  Please contact shop@blessberlin.com if you wish to place an order. Express shipping is available. Rates need to be individually calculated.
