Refund policy

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Unworn clothing and shoes purchased online may be returned only if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item and return it to us within 14 days of the order ship date on your own expense. Goods must be in perfect unworn condition with all original packaging intact. Made to order items are exempt from the return policy and are non-refundable.

Returns must be communicated to shop@blesshomeberlin.com before shipping for authorization and shipping instructions and the tracking number must be sent to us, otherwise your return is not valid.

Once the return is received and checked, we will issue a refund with a deduction of 40€ for handling (for orders under 50€, a handling fee of 10% will be kept instead). If you wish to purchase another item in exchange within one week, the 40€ return handling fee will be discounted on the new order.

It shall be the customer’s responsibility to retain all proof of return.
